With extensive experience in event planning, resource management, and public relations, she has a proven track record of building partnerships and coordinating impactful initiatives. Through Redefined Enterprises, Nichelle continues to inspire and empower communities with strategic vision and dedicated support.

Da’Juan Miller, aka Juan Don, is a multi-talented force to be reckoned with. Hailing from Columbus, he has honed his skills in the culinary arts, social media marketing, customer service, music/media, production, and hair styling. With an impressive track record of over 10 years in customer service, Juan Don knows how to connect with people and deliver exceptional experiences.
But that's not all - Juan Don's involvement with the Redefined management team has allowed him to obtain a Life Coaching certification. Through this certification, he has positively impacted the lives of many individuals by providing guidance and support.

Ikea Haralson is a Life Coach, Communication Specialist, and the founder of Words with Ke, LLC. She serves as the Human Resources Executive Officer for Redefining Empowerment Center Inc. and Redefined LLC. With dual degrees in Human Resource Management and Business Administration from Franklin University, Ikea is passionate about helping others strengthen their spiritual, emotional, and mental well-being. Known as a "counselor" among loved ones, Ikea has mentored teenage girls and hosted “Ladies Night In” events to create supportive spaces for women. She’s dedicated to guiding others toward resilience and self-empowerment.
